Esi Eagle Talon;
What year is your Talon? According to the Haynes manual I have, which coveres 1990 through 1994, there are two of them, and they are located approximately underneath the headlights (one on each side)and somewhere directly behind the front bumper. The schematic in the manual isn't exact.

Doh! I guess I can't answer for sure then (not that my answer for the 1990-thru-1994 was much help).

You mention something about an alarm? Can't help but think there's a connection there, particularly if the alarm has been disconnected (no pun intended). According to my manual there is a fuse for the horn in the block under the dash on your car, but it is the same fuse for your headlights (at least it is on the years my manual covers), so that probably isn't the problem...unless your headlights aren't working either!

Re: horn

the horn is located under the front right headlight...its not too hard to take out unless you have rusted bolts. use a wrench and/or socket. you can buy a horn from advanced auto parts or any store like that.

Re: horn

The same thing happend to my 95 ESi. My horn slowly started to die. It started to sound like a mouse farting then just slowly faded. I cant pass inspection in my state now.
