Airbag light flashes 6 times
The airbag light on my 90 Taurus has just started flashing 6 times, stops, and then repeats. Anyone have any idea what this error code means?
Do I have to be concerned about the airbag inflating, or is this an indication that a sensor is fried and the system is no longer functioning? Thanks for any help |

Re: Airbag light flashes 6 times
Thanks for the info AutoSHO......now the search begins. Have also been told that the problem is likely the clockspring, this could explain the "Open Circuit"

Re: Airbag light flashes 6 times
I agree that it is the most likely culprit. Does your cruise control and horn work?
