Thumbs up vulcan to duratec engine swap?

I have a 2002 Taurus, with vulcan, want to go to duratec,
would it be cheaper just to purchase another taurus with a duratec($10,000)
or buy a duratec engine($1500+2000 extra parts) and swap it in there,
about the swap though:
what about

ac compressor location?
ps pump location?
computer?
wiring?
starter location?
I'm pretty sure that the 24v will bolt right up to my tranny,
clearance problems?
replacement of intake box?
other things?

Before the engine actually got put into the car, I would like to do many things to it of course, like look into forged pistons, a turbo charger@ around 8 PSI, upgraded fuel injectors, stronger additional fuel pump, blow off valve, intercooler, 2.5'' single in dual out exhaust(for spool up purposes on turbo)

these are all after the basics though,
help would be greatly appreciatied
