field sfc-d (not vtec)

hi anyone know where i can get instructions and complete wiring loom for a standard field sfc-d (not vtec)?
i got it second hand but the harness has been cut.

description
it has 6 -> 1,2,3,4,5,6 labelled switches at the back
two rows of warning lights
i presume a passive mode power button on front
a fuel control dial labeled 'start' with values adjustable from -0.3 to +0.6
and a gain control '-1+'

if anyone can help me out like with 'field' equipment suppliers websites etc, that'd be great,
