Cruise Control out, Center Brake Light Out, Other Brakes Dim

HELP! I have a 1999 Grand Prix GT. My cruise control recently went out, along with the center brake light, and my other brake lights are dim. Then one day they were back on for about a few weeks, now they are out again and the 2 outer remaining lights are really dim. I have installed led lights in place of the original brake bulbs, but I have had them installed for close to a year so I dont know if that is what is effecting it so much. My master control switch for the drivers side controlling the rear drivers side window also went out at the same time, possibly related. Any help would be GREAT, even if I can get a list of parts and prices for the parts.

Did you check the fuses? it might be that a cable is pinched and that exposed part is contacting ground.
Did you check continuuity or at least REsistance(OHMS) of the cables from end to end? It is not diffcult, but a lot of work
