Domestic Owners

Just out of boredom...I was curious who you guys have the most trouble with, in terms of the owner of the car and their attitudes. Like Trans Am, Camaro, corvette, viper, firebird or mustang. I usually get the most from mustang and trans am owners personally. Ive noticed around here that the camaro owners or a lot less competitive and less biased too. Thats why if I ever owned a domestic, thats what Id get.

Re: Domestic Owners

I have three letters for you DSM! Hands down, and civics that are riced out.

I should have added other import makers including europe. Im not completely sure why this was moved since I wanted to know what Integra owners rather than others thought.

Re: Domestic Owners

Having to pick from the few options listed, I'd have to go with Mustang owners for sure.

Re: Domestic Owners

I have to say from the list it would have to be mustang owners. I would say Trans Am owners but that would include my wife.

Every car company has people that buy their cars, and think that they are superior to everything on the road. Personally, the only crap I really got was one mustang owner (sounded like a cobra), but many owners of econo-cars, such as civics, neons, etc.

I live in an area where alot of the kids' parents work at honda, so there are alot of hondas around, and the 'boy-racers' seem to be found more in barely-modded (powertrain at least, there are numerous aesthetic 'upgrades') civics with coffee-can mufflers.

I myself own a '90 v6 firebird, so I choose not to take part in races, because if I lost, it doesn't prove much, and if I win, it proves that the others' car is really slow. Plus, I want my car to last until I'm out of college.

IMO, there are cars from every make that I wouldn't mind driving (well, maybe excepting Isuzu), and every car has it's share of idiot drivers. Even though there are cars that I wouldn't buy if I had the choice, I don't think its fair to label any one as one that have difficult drivers.

Re: Domestic Owners

Most definitely vette owners. They think their rides are the sh*t. Well, actually they are, but there are a lot of faster modded cars out there and a lot of vette owners can't accept it. I've never met a viper owner, so I guess they could be worse.

Re: Domestic Owners

Hey DBG454 I am in love with that car with the 454ci big block, although I like the 70 better. What's the deal with the switch near the right B-Pillar though?
