Do push ups?
I like to do between 150 and 300 per day. No not all at once. I spread it out. I do other exercises but I think ilove them the most.

I love 'em too...push ups are one of the best exercises you can do, next to pull ups and sit ups. I hate normal push ups though...I like doing a combination of putting my hands in a diamond shape and elevating my feet at the same time. I dont go for numbers, I go for pain.

I would have to disagree...the best exercise for a total body workout is definitely swimming. HANDS DOWN!

I was talking about for arms and chest mainly...but your absolutely right about swimming. Im not into swimming really though...Im not very bouyant.

We are talking about pushups...if you want to know how much everybody benches, go Here I started that thread wondering the same thing you are. Yea your 15 but how big are you?

I try to do 399,433 push ups every decade or so. Most of the time I count by 2.3 for each one though
