first one cold morning you need to adjust choke so that it is fully closed but not tight, just barely closed, and then adjust the fast cold idle screw until it just contacts the linkage under there, this is the pass side adjustment screw, start car up and see if it will stay running, if so then tighten up screw until you have about 750 to 850 rpm idle with choke still shut
then once engfine is fully warmed up and the choke is completely open then adjust the driver side idle speed screw until you have idle speed indicated on the emissions label on fan shroud or rad support or on air cleaner assembly, should be around 650 rpm listed on there
