Hi all,
I need your help please! I drive an 80 mile round trip to work 5 days a week. My little Honda has served me well but has over 400,000kms and needs a change of pace. I'm 42, single female, good helper but no lead mechanic around so won't be doing much of my own repairs/maintenance. I'm looking for a fun/comfortable/sporty/low repair costs/good gas mileage, reliable ride. Am considering another Honda, older BMW or perhaps an Acura or Toyota. Have about $10k to spend but need the best bang for my buck. Appreciate all your replies! Thanks for you time. Lind |

Get a Toyota (or Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan). Those things NEVER die, and you can find them for pretty cheap.

Re: Help! I need a new to me car!
A B13 Sentra SE-R..145hp,fun to drive...cheap! You can do alot to it,and even better, you got the money! or a 240sx!those are nice, then with the rest of the money, drop in a SR20DET,and fix it up...If you dont go nissan,go toyota!

Re: Help! I need a new to me car!
If you can afford it, Volvo's can take so many miles. If not, I'd go with another Honda... except the timing belpt will cost you. So then you may want to take a look into a Toyota.
