Where is the fuel pump relay 95 S-10 blazer
Can anyone tell me where to find the fuel pump relay. I have a 95 S-10 Blazer with 4.3 Vortec and automatic transmission. The problem is that when I turn the key prior to starting I don't hear the fuel pump come on. If I try to start it, it wont. After a couple of tries I eventually hear the pump come on before engaging the starter. Has anyone else experienced this before? Any help here is appreciated.
I found it inside the glovebox. The relay was corroded so I took a nail file and cleaned the contacts. Reinstalled the relay and it is now working fine. It is no longer intermittent. Last edited by Dragon69; 12-19-2003 at 03:32 PM. |

I had the same problem with my 95. The relay was OK but I found a bent pin in the harness plug under the glove box. The fuel pump was intermittent until I found and straightened the pin.
