93 rodeo wont start

I have a 93 rodeo. It just cranks over. I checked the fuel filter its fine, fuel pump is fine. I dont know much about the electrical components or which one might do this. Could it be the ECM? If so where is it? Need help thanks jlanps.

Have you checked the timing belt? Sounds like what has happened to mine, the timing belt jumped, cranked fine, would not turn over, check it out.
