99 chevy s-10 blazer
I can start the car but then it immediately dies. Is this the cause of a bad fuel pump? Has anybody else had a similiar problem with their chevy blazer?
Thanks for any replies |

what motor is it? a lot of 4.3 W motors will not run due to the fuel pump not pushing enought fuel pressure.

When you start it, will the engine reach its idle RPM speed before it dies or does it just immediately shut off. If it doesn't reach the idle RPM speed, it could be an EGR valve. I've had that problem on my 4.3. Hope for your sake it isn't the fuel pump. $$$$$$$$$$

Re: 99 chevy s-10 blazer
it's a 4.3 and it would start but would not get to the point where it would idle. It sounds like it could be that EGR valve
