Question Tachometer installation help

I`ve got a 93 daihatsu charade, and I`m trying to install a tachometer, I know where the red, black and white wires go; but have no idea where the green wire goes, does anyone know the location of the ECU terminal or the ignition coil?? thanks

Re: Tachometer installation help

the coil is the cilinder that should be mounted to the fire wall, it has a larg wire coming out of it going to the center of the distrubutor, if you remove that wire and boot from the coil there should be 2 small posts on either side of the large center post and one is + and one is -, the tachomiter will connect to the - and you will have to look at the installation instructions to see which color wire it is. from the looks of it it will be the green.

Yeah, finally I`ve installed the tach myself, and all is working fine. Just saved myself from spending $65 on installation costs hahaha....
