intercooler doesnt add power, bov doesnt add power (might on a 2g but in essence shouldnt) and if you mean turbo back exhaust, expect very little increase over stock.

Actually, with just the K&N filter and exhaust, I got my car down from 15 flat consistently to 14.3. But I dont doubt that some of that was from better driving. If I remember correctly (that was 4 years ago, lol) I picked up 3-4 mph with those mods, or about 30-40 WHP. But in the context of DSMs, thats a drop in the bucket. The turbo is the most restrictive part of the setup after that. Not sure what IC you upgraded to, but that may help a little (I'm assuming its still a sidemount). I would say 250 crank HP is a fair estimate. Using the weight of my car and the time slips in the 14.3@94mph range, I get ~220 whp. Which easily supports 250 crank HP. Using 15.0 at 89 mph, which is what I think I was running at 15.0s, I get 190 whp. So that is about a 30 whp increase. Hard to estimate what your torque is but I am willing to bet it shows a more impressive increase than HP, since its so low in the rpm range (peaks arond 3k rpm) and the T25 really falls flat on its face over 5k rpm which severly affects your HP number. And all of this is why I went about a half second faster in the quarter just by shifting at 6k rpm instead of 7k. But thats a whole other topic.

Re: Hp, Tq?

Stock u go 210 hp [205 if Automatic] and 214 torque. not quite sure how much hp and torque u will make after the mods though.
