my neighbor has an RX-8:
1st run: 14.8xx at 98.xx 2nd run: 14.5xx at 99.xx 3rd run: 14.2xx at 101.xx quite fast i thought the fourth run...not good, the cat-back and mufflers blew...yes...it blew...quite fast tho.. ill ask my neighbor for the 1/4 pics of his times

uhh no i aint taking it to the track because i aint fucking rich dude. taking your rx8 to the track fucks it up major, think about it. its so hard on your clutch, brakes, etc. if i was made of money i would, but if i was made of money i would buy a ferrari enzo and take that peice of shit to the track and burn up the $24,000 brakes.

Ok now fellas chill. If your like most guys you dont need to take it to the track to burn up the clutch or kill the breaks. Cause chances are you already do insane launches on the street and have some serious braking to be done as well. The track is not all that bad.
It will take more than a few good launches to kill the clutch and you dont use the brakes all that much.
