I've only had my Aurora since Sunday, but already it's like my child :op and I noticed it has a strange Idle to it. Sometimes it idles beautifully at 700rpms other times it has a bumpy idle, jumping from 700 to 1100 rpms and back and fourth. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to fix that. Everything else except the occasional stall which I mentioned in my last post is fabulous

Re: Strange Idle
I noticed the same problem on my 98. I was on the highway for about an hour and noticed the idle variations when I got to my destination. I am also curious as to what might cause this. I live in south florida and it was about 85 that day.

Re: Strange Idle
Some things come to mind. EGR and throttle body cleaning. Either will affect idle quality. Ray

Thanks, I didn't even think of EGR Valve. I will certainly look into that. Your help is appreciated. I am pretty much willing to do whatever I can to fix that idle.
