Computer to read 94 Lebaron?

I need a reccomendation for a tool to read the computer on a 94 Lebaron GTC. I am quite happy with a program and cable to use with my laptop, if availiable. I'm concentrating on able to read as much as possible while remaining cheap.

The ability to read a 99 Durango (ODBII) as well a big plus!!

You can read the codes on that by turning the key on and off three times in a row, there is no need for a code reader for it. The newer car does have to have a reader, some part stores are starting to sell inexpensive and generic readers for obd2 that will get you the codes, but not much else. I've seen them for under 200, but they may be cheaper if you look around.
