Im Not Actually Sure Because Its Been Avery Long Time But. Im Pretty Sure Its The Fuel Pump. You'll Have To Drain The Tank And Replace The Pump Which Once You Take The Old One Out You'll Know How To Put The New One In. Most Likely You'll Have To Change The Fuel Filter Too Or You'll Burn Up The New Pump In No Time. Your Float Will Probably Be Stuck To. Just Soak That In Some Carb Cleaner. It Sounds Like Alot Of Work But Once You Get Started On It You See It's Easier Than It Sounds. Have Fun

I have a '96 Sephia, and I have tried everything to find out how to access the fuel pump, since I as well need to replace mine. Noone can seem to tell me whether I need to drop the tank, or if I can access it through a door under the backseat, and the service department at the dealers refuse to tell me, they want me to pay them to do it, but I want to do it myself. I would really appreciate any info anyone might have. Thanks.
