Question on 93 Accord...Adding Hp

I have a 93 accord and always wanted to add extra hp to it but never had the cash (typical story). Anyways im looking at my options and my car is due for maintanence. Im Getting a short ram air from AEM, ordered NGK's plug wires also picked up some Nology spark plugs. Was considering exhaust wasnt sure if the ones on ebay that say like (DC style) are any good or not. If you know of anything I could do to further boost the hp in the car without costing me a ton of money for now please tell me....please mention brands and or websites and hp increase approx.

p.s Would getting it chipped be worth it if so who does that and for how much.

If you haven't bought the short ram yet, don't do it. Buy a cold air instead, which you can get for cheap, like $130 opposed to $100 for the short ram. The plugs and wires won't add hardly any power without a new ignition system, i.e. MSD. You could get the head ported, that usually adds a nice amount of hp on the sohc's. In all honesty I doubt you'll ever be content with the car unless you turbocharge it or swap a beefy motor in there.
