Question 92 Integra GS Engine Swap

I want to upgrade my engine, but I don't know jack. I read I could put a B18C5 in it with a mount kit, but unsure if that's the way to go - advice, please? What all would I need? Where can I get a clear guide to use during the project? All help appreciated!
