01 Grand Caravan Electrical Problems
my caravan's heated seats are not functioning - at first when you would turn them on high they would get to hot and could only be used on low. Now they don't work at all. Also the rear wiper does not work, there is power to the motor and the motor it self has just been replaced. Is there a control module or relay somewhere that could be the cause?

Re: 01 Grand Caravan Electrical Problems
There is a possibility that these two problems are related. If they failed at about the same time, it sounds to me like a ground issue. You might try looking up the simpler of the two circuits up in a book, and tracing the ground circuit. Ray

Maybe in the IPM
Doing a bunch of electrical troubleshooting in my own 2001 Grand Caravan lately, I noticed the heated seats and rear wiper relays in the IPM (fuse box to us old world types). Did you try swaping some relays around in the IPM to see if the heated seats come back? There were several of the same type of relay in there. For the wipers, if there is power at the motor, and the motor is not moving, it would seem the motor was bad or possibly a bad ground.
