1985 200sx Getting Bad Gas Mileage??

ive noticed that my 200sx notchback is getting crappy ass gas mileage....i only got like 130 miles off 7.5 gallons.....i rarely even accel hard, i drive like an old granny....i was under the impression japanese cars got like 20+ mpg? whats the average mileage on these badboys? what can i do to make the gas mileage more efficient?

i got a '86 hatchback and i get decent mileage with mine. i wish it was a 5spd though then it might be better

i have a 5 speed 200sx.
have you tried cleaning your fuel injection lines?

a stuff called kgb (i think it is) it's like 20 bucks at the auto part store. but it's worth the 20. it really does help. also check things like your o2 sensor, wires, plugs, etc.. a good tuneup will help your mileage. i get about 26 mpg right now (if i could get my car started)
