Girls with tattoos

OK. What are your opinions on girls with tattoos? I’m seriously thinking of getting a tattoo on my lower back (an egyptian ankh with some tribal work around it and the japanese characters for Eternity). It won’t be a huge tattoo or anything like that but I just wanted to get some views. I don’t want to end up looking like a skank!

I'd like to know too. I'm considering getting the cartoon guy from the fc3s owners manual or just a little rotor on my back.

Yeah why not? Considering the fact that *everyone* is doing it these days, and it's not grotesquely huge, its not a problem. But stay away from the oriental characters, waaaaay overdone IMO.

That's the problem. It seems to be getting way too common. I don't want to get something that everyone else has.

Yeah, the problem is, I cant find a pic online of that cartoon guy. And I dont feel like driving to where my TII is to go get it.

Well, get the figures done in a local language that comes from where your ancestors were from. Irish? Gaelic runes look awesome. Norwegian? Ditto for Viking runes. There's usually some form of cool old lettering from wherever your ancestry is from, most people don't put that kind of research into their tattoos. :/ As long as it's not overdone in size or number and is in an area that,

a. Can be covered up for job purposes.

b. Can be shown off without getting nekkid, (otherwise whats the point of a cool tattoo? Unless you're into that kind of thing!)

Think about it a lot first though. Think forward to, (if you plan on it), having grandchildren. Do you picture your grandma with tattoos? Tattoos are kick ass, but they are pretty much permanent, so don't mess up!

Tribal tattoos also seem to be heading in that direction of overdone too!

My ancestors are English so the local language is pretty much out!

I’ve wanted a tattoo since I was about 18 but have never been able to think of something that I would want on me long term, that means something to me and that wouldn’t look stupid when I got older.

I’ll probably end up not getting one again because I’ll worry that it’s too common or something like that.

That tattoo looks nice! I have a good friend I have known for a long time and she has a tattoo on her left ankle. It is the sun and she has had it for almost a year.

He didnt even know until a waitress in a Chinese restaraunt started cracking up.

I am a fan of tattoos, I have 9 so here are my thoughts on women having tattoos.

yes, women are fine with tattoos, given the location though and I think they should be able too be covered at all times if need be, all of mine are.

here are some places they should not be on women.

1) arms...i think its trashy
2) thigh...this is hella trashy worse than arms
3) neck...ewww thats a hell no
4) tits...thats the king of white trash spots

I think most every other spot is good IMO, I really like them on the lower back and the ankle
