I'm sure you could search... but I'm new here so I wont play hardass.

try seperating the wheels and ground from the body and sky, putting the body on a new layer, and moving it down.

It's simple, actually... Just use the polygonal lasso, and starting from the left side, select the background adjacent with the bottom of the front bumper, go around the fenders, and so fourth... I provided pics to show you... Then go all the way around the top of the picture, and copy and paste it. Then press Ctrl+Down arrow a few times to lower it. On the second pic, the selections are where you either have to delete or fill in with black on the lowered layer... And afterwards, look at the background and see if you have to erase parts of it. On this particular car, I had to. And when you do that, press Ctrl+Shift+E to flatten the layers, and then crop the image so the top from the unlowered layer isn't visible.
