Talking how big of tires can I put on my datsun

The tires on my dad's 1980 or '83 datsun pickup are 195 R15's, I was wondering if I could put 265 R15's under there (of course I would get new rims), I need to know if I can put them on without having to lift it. Thanks.

i have 295/60 r15's on the rear of mine.

I am personally using 295/60/15
