Question about Speeding Ticket in CA

I just got pulled over for 3 citations (apparently she was following me for a while and somehow I didnt notice) These included; "70 in a 45 zone, failure to make a full stop in negotiating a right turn on a red. and then 55 in a 40 zone". She specifically said that I am lucky, because she is only going to give me the ticket for a 65 in a 45 zone and a warning for the others. However on the ticket itself, the other violations are recorded, was she BSing me, or is it possible that she is only giving me the 65 in a 45 despite the others being recorded.

Umm, how much is it for? In Illinois, if you get a ticket for one thing, they can put another warning on the same ticket, and it says "warning"

If she said she cited you for the speeding, then the other parts are probably only warnings and wont matter much. When you get your bill, GO TO COURT. I don't know about some of the other places, but where I live in Kern county I had a ticket for $145 for speeding. I went to the court when it opened and just got up in front of the judge, said "guilty" and for showing up he dropped the fine to $100. It's worth it dude.

Re: Question about Speeding Ticket in CA

1 thing my dad has taught me is to keep your cool. If a cop gives you a ticket for having fuzzy dice on your rear-view mirror, and you don't even have fuzzy dice on your mirrors...just keep your mouth shut and take the ticket.

My dad runs a traffic school, he's heard all kinds of stories, he's very helpful when it comes to dealing with the law.

dont go to court..... gather up all your freiends and make a written decleration.... it will be perfect....

And police I'm sayin' fuck you punk
Read my rights and shit, it's all junk
Pullin' out a silly club so you stand
With a fake ass badge and a gun in your hand
But take off the gun so we can see what's up

Go to court!!! Cops have to come in on their own time, and most of the time where I'm from, they don't since usually it's the day that they have to work. So if they work 2nd shift, they have to get up to go to court, and then work their shift. They don't have to come in if they don't want to, and if they don't show up, then they wave the ticket all together...in illinois anyway.
