touch up paint problem for 93 tauras

my husband, for whatever reason, felt the need to touch up every tiny mostly unseen spot of paint chip on my light blue tauras, IM SICK.the car looks like it has the measles, the touch up paint is too dark, got it at the auto parts.If I go to the dealer will iIBE ABLE TO GET THE ORIGINAL COLOR AND GO OVER THEM? opps caps. What upsets me more is were selling the car, it looked perfect, BEFORE he did that a coat of wax would have worked wonders, now I am looking at another day of stripping spots of wax and re touching up spots.
help me now!
