What would you have to do to make a rb26dett street legal?

Detune it to run on american octane grade gas, pass smog, get a VIN on it, register it, in other words, its something i'd rather risk driving illegally than be bothered with.

i see well i live in a state where they don't check your smog so its just not going to be street legal...

if i got this swap what all do you think i should do to it besides swapping in new internals, pulleys, and which turbine should i use? sorry i am very new to nissans and cars in general
