CLEANING aluminum rims

I have a set of stock aluminum 16x8 rims from my 1991 Camaro. Washing them just wont do it anymore. I need to redo them for a new project. Anyone ever totally redo aluminum rims? Anyone know how much a shop would do a set of 4 for? I want to return them to new stock condition with the cleacoat and all. Thanks
