Help, ecu light on car wont start!

I have a 95 gsr with new rebuild, 3k miles on eng. and 163k on the car. My check engine light came on a few days ago but went off. It threw codes 22 then 8 then started blinking like crazy. I went home fine, and the next morning, it wouldnt even start. Now, the light just stays on. I just bought a new ecu and still the light doesnt go off and no start. I cant even hear the fuel pump anymore. Can someone please help, this is really frustrating.

Thanks,
Badboyteg

Just start troubleshooting with the basics. Check to see if you are getting fuel, air, and spark in the engine. If you're not getting one of them go from there.
