USDM B16A2(99-00)SI in 91 CRX Hf Question

I just put a usdm b16a2 in my 91 crx hf but it will not start. does any body know what migt be wrong are were I should start? I put an obd0 to obd2b Harness conversion in it so i could run the 99-00 si ecu if that helps.
