fuel pump fuse
My 2000 tahoe has started blowing a 20 amp fuse which protects the fuel pump.pcm/vcm systems. It has been happening when on freeway, at high speed. Frequency has been 3 times in last month. Anyone have similar experience, or knows what problem might be?

Re: fuel pump fuse
The fuse you are blowing is the ECM-B fuse.
On that model the wires at the fuel pump (inside the tank) get hot and burn off the insulation..the bare wires will touch causing a short to ground and blow the fuse. Most likely senerio...replacing the fuel pump assembly (called a fuel module) will fix the problem
