Motor Max vs Auto Art

I was planning on buying a diecast R34 skyline for a friend for christmas. However, it seems that the Autoart version and the MotorMax version are basically identical, from the grainy pictures ive seen. Is there any difference between the two other than the pretty big price difference?

Re: Motor Max vs Auto Art

Very much so. The basic exterior is pretty close but everything about Autoart is better. You won't find mounting posts, crappy paint, bad hinges, or any kind of flaws in the AA car. You will find Carpeting, perfectly done calipers with stationary discs, perforated grilles, good tampo jobs, plush interiors, detailed engines, and full opening parts in the AA Skyline. I have the AA skyline and it is a fabulous car. It's very much worth the extra cash. Look at my "Gafotes" link in my sig to get some more views of the car. Stunning paintjob on it too!

If you don't care about quality, then Autoart isn't for you.

The Autoart Skyline is a beautiful model and IMO it is worth the extra $$$. I'm sure your friend will really enjoy it also.

I can't wait for mt first Autoart model.

For those who are curious about the MotorMax, I got one. This one has pretty bad paint quality as you can see in the pics...
