Is cat THE reason ?

Hi. I have HC 552 ppm and CO 8.79 %. Everything is stock. I changed spark plugs, O2 sensor and air filter. Nothing's better. Could it be catalytic converter ? Thank's for advice. BTW: I have 1990 Civic with 190.000 on it.

Yeah, take it down (it's sorta easy) and take a look at the matrix (I'm guessing it's all melted). A replacement cat from any parts store is about $120. Before you do all that check you timing.
