Me and my band eventually want to start a website, but what is the best hosting site, im not that big im computers, but we would like to get a site started

i recommend, tripod.co.uk. They offer 50 megabytes, unlimited bandwidth, but they have a little advertisement on the side, but its amazing, it has Webftp, and MySQL and everything.

I like brinkster.com. They have a wide variety of options as well as the capabilities to do .NET development, in the case you want to do an intense page. Their free page is good for basic brochure type websites though.

Web site Hosting
Try using www.cyclophost.com - they are cheap and they even have easy web site building software with templates to use. All you do get the domain name, add photos and text to the templates and you got a first class site. Plus they have a way to submit your site to the search engines.
