What wheel size to get? 17's or 18's?
I'm in the market for some rims and who like to ask you experts what size you think I should get. I have a 95 SI and want to build it up to not only look good and but to take it to the track (drag and autocross) maybe once or twice a month. I have a friend thats pushing me to get 18's since 17's are so '98 he says, hehe, but I can get killer deals on 17's all over the place (not to mention alot lighter). So what do you guys think? With my driving style (bat outta hell
) what size should I get? 17's or 18's?

well 18's look great on preludes but they can be pretty heavy and do affect your acceleration. i would say go with some lightweight 17's. look better than 16's and don't slow you down on the strip like 18's. so best of both and go with 17's.

I would have to agree with everyone telling you to get 17 inch rims for your Lude. If you're not worried about performance and just want it to look good then sure, go with the 18's. I think that 18's are balancing a thin line between form and function.

Wheel Max has some good deals on 17s. And they offer free shipping.

Thanks for the input guys, I think I'm going to go with 17's, just did my first Autocross event this weekend and I think 17's would be the max I'd want to go if I'm going to be doing anymore of that in the near future.
