Legal or not?

I know that it may vary state to state but does anyone know whether have anything other then amber turn signals is legal? I got tired of my stock lights and I'm the process of installing clear taillights and front corners, but before I go put everything back to gether I am wondering if I will get pulled over for have white turn signals (since I had a white bulb and just an orange cover). And if it is infact illegal does someone make bulbs that are clear glass but emit an orange light?

You can have clear bulbs all you want as long as it flashes orange, it can be red or orange in the rear. In my civic I have clear bulbs and just a little orange reflecter inside the headlight, and the actual light cover is clear. So it still flashes orange.

I know in CA front corners can be either amber or clear, but no other color, and are supposed to retain an orange color reflector in the housing visible from the side as well. I had hyperwhite corner bulbs for like 2 years in my headlights and never had a single complain or problem from cops about them. I just recently switched to these corner bulbs when I got a pair of gunmetal color JDM Stanley Civic Type-R headlight housings. They complement them very nicely, and bring them to a true JDM look while still looking very stylish when not lit. Best of asll, they are 50 state DOT street legal.

I had heard that from a friend of mine before, but the question I had regarding that is whether or not the relector can be seen, because if it can't then that may be the way to go.

Those could work as well. But I was wondering wheter the light bulb it self was orange when it was not lit up or does it look like a regular clear bulb

EDIT- Found the answer to my question about the bulb color.

BTW thanks for help guys.
