side markers..
could someone please tell me how i would go about putting side markers on my integra.. ive concentrated on the engine so much that i have no clue about exterior

Re: side markers..
Drill a hole, carefully (so you don't chip the paint), in your fender and connect the wires to your parking light/turn signal wires. I personally favor butt connectors over soldering. Cut the negative (black) wire going to your parking light, and stick them into the butt connector. Take the negative wire from the marker and stick it in there too, then crimp them all together. Do the same thing with the positive (red) wire.
Did the markers come with two or three wires? Just wondering because if it came with two it won't be functional as a turn signal AND parking light, you could only do one or the other. If three wires it can be a signal and parking light. The third wire needs crimped into the turn signal wire which is green on my Civic, and should be the same on yours. However, I'm not too sure on the wiring of the Integra since there are two bulbs in that bumper light, one for parking lights and one for turn signals, but you get the idea. |
