Denali radio problems

I have the 03 denali with the NAV radio, and kiddi entertainment system.
at times the truck will lose all audio. no sound anywhere, not even onstar. also, at this time, there is a tremendous drain on the battery, and the battery will die within hours. then the problem will magically fix itself.

the moron dealer tried 3 times to fix it, to no avail.
not that too many people have the newish NAV radio, but has anyone seen this?

Re: Denali radio problems

O.K. here is some advise....take it to another dealer. Also call GM customer support about your issue.

I have seen some problems caused by BCMs and Onstar modules not "going asleep" causing battery drains.
