90 Oldsmobile 88 royal starting problems

I'm having problems with my car starting lately only when it gets cold... It's got 240xxx on it still runs great but slow on the start

is it like a rev rev rev rev (slowly) then bam it starts ...

check the starter ..mine did that and had to replace the starter it was just *worn* out

also after a while it's also good to change the battery cables if theres corrision present and to check to see if all the main conections are tight
battery , starter, and fuse box
and to the alternator
