What hobbies does everyone have besides cars

Me I have a lot of hobbies just not enough time...

I love doing martial arts, playing guitar ( have a 71 Gibson SG) watching flicks, building computers and playing video games.

Re: What hobbies does everyone have besides cars

the thing that gets me with the A+ cert is that one pretty much must know all routes to every setting in each windows OS. i.e. name 4 ways to access the task manager while rubbing your belly and hopping on one leg...and if you miss even one of the 4 the question is counted as incorrect. lotsa meaningless(to me) laser printer questions regarding the corona, fuser, etc, etc.

and the A+ cert isnt cheap at $300. $150 for each Hardware and Operating System exams.

Re: What hobbies does everyone have besides cars

here are some sample questions from my measureup.com A+ study

You are installing a NIC (network interface card) into a desktop computer that already has two serial ports configured as COM1 and COM2 and a parallel port configured as LPT1. All 16-bit Interrupt Requests (IRQs) (8-15) are assigned to other devices.

Which interrupt should you assign for the NIC?

IRQ 3
IRQ 7
IRQ 5
IRQ 4
____________

Although all batteries should be checked for hazardous content before disposal, which of the following battery types require special procedures for disposal/recycling due to dangerous chemical content? (Select three.)

Zinc
Lithium
Nickel Hydride
Alkaline
Nickel-Cadmium
Mercuric Oxide
_______________
A laser printer puts images on paper by which of the following methods?

1A laser creates a positive electric image on the drum (called Registration), which attracts toner particles that are pressed onto the page.

2A laser outlines the image and burns a dark print (called a Positive) onto the page, which is then coated with toner.

3A laser burns toner into an image on the drum (called a Positive), which is then pressed onto the page.

4A laser scans the image and burns toner into a dark print (called Registration), which is then pressed onto the page.

you get the idea. fun filled.
