Electromotive TEC2

Hello I have a Turbo Specv and am in the process of getting a full block built. I know JWT is takin their sweet time for an ECU but I wanted to try and do a stand alone system. I have the Electromotive TEC2 in mind. I'll be changing from a MAF system to a MAP system. What do you guys think. Do you think the TEC2 is a good system or should I do something different?

Re: Electromotive TEC2

heh, no experience personally

I do know that on the spec travis was building up he ran into some problems with the TEC2. I don't know if they were caused by the TEC2 or if something else happened and it screwed things up, but he ended up upgrading to the TEC3 and it seemed to work out great. Beyond that I don't have a clue.

Any idea what kind of power you're making? On stock internals make sure you keep it under 250whp to be safe. About 260-270whp seems to be the sweet spot when the rods like to snap like toothpicks on the qr.
