Hello everybody,
Just bought a "92" Escort G.T. With 125,000 miles. Has the 1.8 liter D.O.H.C. 5 speed. It runs pretty good. Has very high rpm's for a while then drops down and runs a little rough at Idle. It's a weird question , but It sure seems that the engine missing more at Idle when I flip on the headlights ? Anybody run across this ? For the most part I can live with it, just was wondering what was causing this ? The car has been tuned up and new wires and rotor. Thanks. Walt. |
