EGT Probe/Gauge
What are the benefits of using an EGT Gauge/probe? How does measuring exhaust temperature help with engine tuning or performance (N/A, turbo, Nos)?

the main place that egt tuning helps you out is say on the interstate. you can tell how the car is running at partial throttle alittle better than with your run of the mill A/F gauge. it is just another bit of information in the big picture that combined with your other gauges lets you know what is going on with your car. unless you are running some type of forced induction an egt gauge is not nessecary.
