ok, we're driving along today in my 87 turbo zx and all of a sudden the back right something starts clicking. it almost sounds like a lug nut fell off inside the centercap, but it didn't. does anyone have any idea what this may be. if not, would anyone be interested in trading a 90 or newer 300 turbo or not automatic or straight drive I don't care. I just want a newer one. Just cause its old don't mean its bad. it ran 8.80's all day at the track(in the eighth mile). it has a boost controller, blitz bov. autometer boost gauge and some other cool stuff. oh yeah its the year with the lsd and all that good stuff too. my g meter said 0-30 mph was 0.7 seconds, 0-60mph was 3.8, so its really fast, not to mention the body and intereior look like brand spankin new. if anyone is interested, or anyone knows whats clicking in the back drop me a line. thanks

Re: clicking noise
clicking huh?
Bearings? Ball joint? Something in your tire maybe? Put it up in the air, leave the trans in neutral, spin the tire and see where it's coming from. If you want to sell it and/or buy a Z32 you could look in the mentioned Z forums in the other thread. Plenty of traffic at all those forums for potential buyers and sellers for the specific car you want to buy and sell. |
