timing belt diagram
OK, I had posted earlier that I couldn't figure out what was wrong with this 95 mercury mystique. So I got off my lazy butt and found the timing belt is broken. I am hoping I don't have to remove the engine mount to get to it, but it is not looking good. Does anyone know of where I oculd get a diagram of the belt or the procedure involced in changing this out. And if I have to remove the mount, how can a gal with a walmart toolkit hold the darn thing up while I work on it. We are talking backyard-backyard mechanic. But I will be damned if I don't fix this and prove to all the "guys" I could. Thanks for any replies.

the timing belt diagram should be on a sticker underneath the hood of the car. Look on the front of the frame under the hood or the passenger side strut tower.
