Re: low fuel guager and indicator light

check for loose wires at the float. It is installed at the fuel sender on the fuel tank

Re: low fuel guager and indicator light

Usually gages do not go bad. What goes bad is the float at the fuel tank. This piece of equipment is the ones that tells the gauge how much fuel is left on the tank. This part is not expensive, what is expensive is the job to replace it

Re: low fuel guager and indicator light

Anyone know how to reset low fuel indicator light? The fuel gauge works fine...just the light stays on.
