timing a 84 one ton ram with a 360

hey everyone i just found this site and figured i would stop and ask you people abou it. i own a 84 dodge ram 1 ton. its got a 360 in it and i need to know what the timming is suppost to be. i know its off but i dont know what its suppost to be at. well anything information will be helpful
