HUGE dilemma

I had this friend at work (nikki) who i talked to a lot. one night a couple nights ago she called me and said "my friend starts tomorrow, you should train her". i felt something inside me, like i knew there would be something... the next day at work im walking along to the drinking fountain and this voice inside me says "look up" and i see her friend.

turns out someone else is already scheduled to train her. through the day we talk every now and then. that night i'm off at 5pm, so i go to my friends house. we're just chillin then the girl calls me and says "steven my friend REALLY likes you, she said 'i know i barely know steven but i REALLY like him'". the next day at work nikki says "you should come hang out with us tonight". i go to nikki's house and nikki ends up leaving like an hour later to go to her boyfriends house, so its just me and her friend. i told nikki i was going to stay the night because i work the next morning and her house is a lot closer to work than my house is. her friend says "you wanna go lay down?"

we go lie down and she starts cuddling on me and i think "no biggie shes just cold". then she keeps getting closer and closer and nuzzles her face on mine, then i tip my face down a little and she kisses me, we start full on making out. hands start wandering... we just end up shirtless and go to sleep.

the next day nikki asked if i wanted to hang out again. i said sure. i was out with my buddies in line for tickets to The Last Samurai so it was a while before i went there (last samura = 149 minutes). when i got there nikki was in her room asleep cuz she felt sick. her friend and i talked for a while then went to bed. hands started wandering, fingers started poking, condom got put on and penis started poking... we cuddled for a while after then she went to the bathroom and i was like "wow i REALLY wish i hadn't done that...". my mom wanted me home that night so i drove home like half an hour later. got home at 3:30 AM, went to sleep till 6:00AM. woke up feeling so shitty about myself, wishing i hadnt done that.

today at work there was no awkwardness. it was like nothing happened, we talked just like we were friends. i went to this girls house from my highschool tonight and my cell battery died. i left at like midnight, got home, plugged my phone in and it said voicemail. so i checked it and it was nikki. she said "hey steven, its 11:52. i was just thinking.. my friend really likes you and she hasnt liked a guy for a long time and i was hoping you guys could be more than friends ya know? i dont want her to get hurt... i dont want her to just be a fuck buddy".

i was like OH SHIT. i dont know what to do. thanks for reading.

not sure exactly what the issue is here.Clearly the lady wants a relationship with you,are you saying that you don't want the full deal,or are you saying that you think you've failed to follow up in the way expected of you?Best to talk to her directly,once you have been that intimate with a lady,the need for a friend to mediate between you has passed.
