From this angle it looks like it's a center drive like a certain little car called the McLaren F1. I wonder if there are any more pictures of the car out there? I wouldn't know where to look though...

The links aren't working for me now either, with or without the "?". I do know the car you are referring to quite well though.

The Pininfarina 365 P Berlinetta Speciale was a design concept presented to show the future look of the Dino model. There were only two built, and they do have the driver's seat located in the center of the car. This white car is currently in the collection of Luigi Chinetti Jr. who's father was integral establishing Ferrari sales in North America.

Here's some photos of a model of the 365P alongside a 246 Dino:

Re: 3 Seater Ferrari?

Neat car =)

My question is: did Mr. Murray know about this ferrari when he thought of making a 3 seat layout on the F1? I know that he had the 3 Seat design concept in his head long before he was employed at McLaren.

It's difficult to say if he was aware of this concept or not. I'd assume if he wasn't aware of it before, he had probably at least seen it at some point between the time he made those initial drawings in his note book and the time they began building the F1. That might be a good question to pose to him should someone ever have the opportunity.
